Basic Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
¼ cup dry bread or cracker crumbs
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp oil

Procedure:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape into 1 ½ to 2 inch balls. In large skillet, put oil and cook the meatballs until it is brown; drain. Add desired sauce to meatballs.
