Easy Chili


Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
½ cup (1 medium) chopped green pepper
2 cups undrained tomatoes
2 cups undrained red kidney beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
2 to 2 ½ tsp of chili powder
1 ½ tsp prepared or dry mustard
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Procedure:
In large fry pan or saucepan, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer and uncovered for 1 hour while stirring occasionally. Remove garlic clove before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and garnish with crushed corn chips, if desired.
